There are so many wonderful employees working across the company.
Cons
Very little work/life balance and zero care for mental health. Employees are expected to work 50-60 hours a week with little to no time off. If they take time off, they are called and emailed constantly. Bonuses, profit sharing and pay raises are not competitive and have mostly been eliminated or have too many stipulations attached that are out of the employee's control in order to receive them. I received 15% of my bonus last year and a 3% raise, while the executive team chose to build a 40 acre lake house that has cost tens of millions and say that there was no profit to authorize a payout and "times are lean." There is no longer any room for growth, as any innovative ideas that cost any money are immediately shot down. Company is full of the good ole boy system.
