Pros
I’ve been a part of Faith for 10 years, and have seen much change in that time – people, processes, strategies, etc. After reading some of the more recent reviews noting the change within Faith as a negative attribute, I felt compelled to write a review to offer another take. While undoubtedly change is difficult, I believe that not changing is crippling to any company. Plans cannot always be perfectly planned; in fact, I’ve heard it said that all great changes are preceded by chaos. I’m excited to be a part of such a progressive and innovative organization, and believe that the strategies put in place by Faith’s executive leadership team have the potential to take the company to unprecedented levels of success. Come to work every day with a one team or “One Faith” mindset, trust leadership, and find ways to support Faith’s strategies - and you will succeed.
Cons
As Faith pursues its journey from good-to-great, leadership has embraced the idea that change is a necessary part of progress. The excitement and passion this group has to make an immediate impact sometimes overshadows the fact that change is a process that needs time and requires a willingness to slow down.
