Pros
Pay is adequate. Offers training. They have a mandatory class called On Boarding Two that is excellent. They talk a good talk.
Cons
They do not practice what they teach in On Boarding Two. The office dynamics on the job site is everyone for themselves and step on and back stab each other in an effort to make themselves appear good to the office. They do not do quality work as the norm. If quality will cost money then they will ignore it. I see that a person appearing to use the latest technology rewarded but that person has no common sense . Health insurance cost is extremely high.
