Cons
Any promise you hear from management or HR is a flat out lie or just them trying to completely mislead you. Plenty of promises on pay that never came through and an endless stream of excuses on why its not happening but don't trust any promise in general. When covid hit and they moved to online learning they gave everyone an ipad who wanted one. I said I didn't want one because I didn't want to be responsible for it if I broke or lost it but would still do classes online. They ended up having a meeting with me to get me to take the ipad and promised it was just a gift with no responsibilities. When I left they tried to make me pay for the ipad and tried to make me pay for their classes even though they were no longer accredited.
