You are in charge of your own profit center and are free to make decisions with in those confines, so long as your financial results stay in the proposed guidelines.
Cons
The company has become more about image and profit than about their work, employees, or customers. It is all about the bottom line. The fact that they are in a service industry appears lost on the C level employees. Benefits declined steadily year to year, but every year had record profits. They have forgotten who and what made them a great contractor and place to work.
