No one knows what they are doing and trying to get a straight answer from anyone, especially management, will send you running in ten different directions. Lack of cohesion between departments and the blame game is a common occurrence between departments. CEO spends too much time pointing fingers at certain departments for tiny details when the focus should be on how to save the company as a whole.
