Negative environment. For most departments, no available on-going education and support outside of degree programs, which MUST be job related. Average number of Holidays. Earned time for hourly employees is bad, especially considering sick and vacation time come from the same pool. Most departments are inflexible and do not allow work from home days. A toxic work environment. Limited resources. Difficult and constantly changing processes are time consuming. The computers and applications are ancient and frustrating.
