Great team, nearly every individual in this company has experience with Homecare, and is there to help you learn and grow as an individual.

Cons

Upper management can seem a bit out of touch, and expectations are high with only the promise of a reward, which sometimes don't come to fruition. If they tell you they will do something, get it in writing, because if you don't it'll probably never happen.

I do a lot of driving. I would like to have more compensation for mileage.
