      Pros

      There is never a shortage of hours. This is a job for retired nurses that don't care much about making money and are interested in 1-1 pt ratio.

      Cons

      Health insurance takes 7 months before you are eligible. Pay is abysmal. You have to buy your own PPE, cleaning supplies and food for your patient. Most expensive job I ever had!

      They keep me busy with clients I enjoy.

      Cons

      I do a lot of driving. I would like to have more compensation for mileage.
