Pros

The staffing coordinators are awesome. The DON is great. The training classes are free and paid education. I love working here. Total transparency is key with them. You will never accept a position without knowing the pay ahead of time and what the required care looks like. 10/10 would work with again should I ever leave. Super diverse staff which I adore!

Cons

Honestly, the only con is not always having patients close or availability you want. This is not their fault so not truly a con.

Pros

They keep me busy with clients I enjoy.

Cons

I do a lot of driving. I would like to have more compensation for mileage.
