Pros

-Flexible scheduling -1 on 1 care - Creating bonds -Can choose cases close to home -Shift work - “Hazard pay” for questionable areas (extra $1 an hour) -Training program to refresh skills

Cons

-Freq calls or text during the day (can be annoying when working night shift) -On call could be better when there’s an emergency (overnight) -Some homes are very unkept (dirty and smelly) with a lot of roaches but it’s not the patients’ fault. -not allowed to use mobile device to clock in and out -the list could go on…

Cons

I do a lot of driving. I would like to have more compensation for mileage.
