Pros

Great workspace and work environment. Staff were incredibly welcoming and willing to train. Regional Directors' and Managers were wholeheartedly amazing to work for.

Cons

Healthcare work is difficult, and a constant customer service facing role is even moreso. This company can come down quite hard on you for making a slight mistake or not getting to a call they deemed more important without telling you vs actually talking with you about it and then addressing the problem with the family and/or staff. I would also tell you that unless you're willing to drive 50 minutes or move you're not making it up the ladder.
