Pros

I attended the FFL Annual Convention as I was studying for my exam. The speakers were so informative and exciting which had me doubling down to work hard to pass my license exam. Got my license and I got to work, but wow this is not easy. Taking advice and learning more about the phone and in the home. Every week I sell a little more. This is a true challenge but I like challenges. I love we have so many young agents.

Cons

Best time to sell is weekends. Boo! that is not FFL's fault but it is my least favorite part of this.

-A level sales training -High number of quality Insurance Companies to be contracted with -Flexible Schedule, 1099 Freedom

Cons

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
