Pros

Lots of youtube videos for training.

Cons

You need capital to get started. CRM leads are recycled. Cult like. If you aren't mingling with the very very top agents you won't go far Advertise high commission levels but each individual carrier has its own commission. Typically street level commission.

We are very clear during onboarding that our top carriers are the ones that offer top compensation which matches the IMO contract level. We also are very clear about the origin, age, and price for all of the leads in our CRM system, therefore it is up to the agent to decide which leads they would like to purchase.

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
