Pros

In our workplace, we strike a perfect balance between work and fun, ensuring a healthy mix of productivity and enjoyment. Moreover, we actively engage in staying updated with the latest technological advancements, witnessing our fellow engineers grow and evolve into valuable assets in the tech industry. Not only do I have the opportunity to forge lasting friendships, but I also establish professional connections that span across various regions of the country, enriching my network and knowledge base.

Cons

Add some office snacks, please.

Pros

Staff are dedicated and share the same mission:assist families and youth to achieve improved behavioral health. Compensation is equal to that of other similar agencies. Supervisors are responsive to needs of supervisees and the company culture is that of genuine support for workers.

Cons

Due to this type of business being closely tied to insurance reimbursement, budgets are tight.

Pros

Family Solutions is a healthy and much needed part of the community. Working for this organization is something that people can be proud of putting on their resume. From residential to day treatment to schools to family homes, Family Solutions does such good work. I like the flexibility, the "family" atmosphere among staff, the robust promotional opportunities, competitive pay, professional trainings, and their strong open-door policy with management. If I had a son or daughter wanting to build a career in this field, I would definitely recommend Family Solutions.

Cons

Due to the nature of working with troubled children, there is stress to the job, but that stress is reduced through training. Also, depending on the job, there work schedule may be in evenings, overnight, or weekends. Finally, the programs cover three areas/towns... Ashland, Medford, and Grants Pass... so there may be some driving depending on your job (even though the organization pays mileage).
