      Pros

      FamilyPath is a supportive and friendly environment to work in. Working and playing with kids is fast paced and every day is different which is refreshing. The company strives to provide opportunities for individuals to advance their career if that is something they want to pursue. Management and administrators are personable and helpful. Great benefits for those who are eligible.

      Cons

      There can be some unpredictability in pay as an hourly employee due to client cancellations.

      Pros

      I like the atmosphere of working with children and getting to make a difference in children’s lives. Plus all of the staff is very welcoming. One more thing I like is the flexibility with when sessions get cancelled, or if we have bad weather.

      Cons

      The benefits are definitely the number one con for me. That and the amount of driving we have to do and not being able to receive more reimbursement for wear and tear to our cars.
