      Pros

      The kids are so funny and unique! Love how no two days are exactly the same. FamilyPath encourages us to keep learning and growing! It's great having benefits, mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, and PTO. I think this is a company I'd like to stay with for quite awhile.

      Cons

      It can be emotionally draining at times, but for me, seeing the kids learn and grow totally makes it worth the more challenging days. The hiring and orientation process seemed a bit disorganized, which was frustrating. The PMs who directly supervise me are fantastic, hardworking, and extremely helpful. However, they seem to be overloaded with training and administrative work, which sometimes makes it challenging to schedule one-on-one check-ins and meetings.

      Sometimes driving gets to be a lot but it is not always the worst.

      Pros

      I like the atmosphere of working with children and getting to make a difference in children’s lives. Plus all of the staff is very welcoming. One more thing I like is the flexibility with when sessions get cancelled, or if we have bad weather.

      Cons

      The benefits are definitely the number one con for me. That and the amount of driving we have to do and not being able to receive more reimbursement for wear and tear to our cars.
