Required to work ALL holidays without holiday pay, bad managment, work load doesn't match pay, awful customers, when MN put sick pay into law they removed PTO, they will threaten your job and severely cut your hours if you can't find someone to cover your shift even when you are really sick, favoritism is a huge problem.
