Pros
First thing I noticed when I walked into the kitchen at the La Crosse WI, Famous Dave's was the camaraderie among the workers. It's a great, fun work environment with awesome people that I still keep in contact with. It is very easy to move up in position at this company. I started as a disher with no prior experience in the food industry, and within a few months moved up to a cook position which included a pay raise. Training covers everything you need to know on the job, and is fairly painless.
Cons
Management is not accommodating whatsoever for other time commitments, especially when it comes to working holidays. I also found the hours to be a bit demanding, especially as a high school student.
