      Pros

      Fun teamwork, most of the people are very social and have a team work mentality, if a plate needs to be run they will help you, if you are busy with drinks too, but like I said most of the people, easy menu, the options are really easy to remember and de daily specials too.

      Cons

      Like most places after COVID they are short in staff, some days can be really busy with big customer partys but the shortage on people makes the work flow get stuck, like always the customers will blame you on things (wait time, quality) and affect your tip.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, evenings and weekends to work around f/t day job, variety, fairly easy. Earn tips. Not as much as a server, but helpful considering the wage.

      Cons

      One of the managers in particular has a fragile ego/insecurities and tends to go on power trips. He takes out his mood on employees. There are also favorites, and if you are not one of them he does not treat you well. Yelling, condescension, snide comments, etc. Some employees have worked there for MANY years and still make the same wage they did when they were hired. Experience, leadership & training needs to be recognized and rewarded.
