Pros
This company has a great atmosphere and laid back demeanor. Serving mostly families is a benefit because of bigger checks and bigger tips. Easy menu to learn and master, not too many specials or changes throughout the year to worry about. The culture of the company is a lot of fun to get behind, calling yourself "famous" and serving dinners on trashcan lids is exciting and makes for a fun work environment,
Cons
Management staff is under qualified and under trained. Everything must be to spec, so any sort of creativity of innovative ideas for a particular store are shot down immediately. My store did not care that I was graduating in hospitality management and had no plans to promote me after graduating and more or less told me to find a job else where.
