      Pros

      The managers are for the most part fun to work with. Staff is really good you can have fun at work. compensation is good especially for those people who are in college right now.

      Cons

      Managers arent always willing to listen to your needs. hours can be long and sometimes managers show favoritism to certain employee's. at times the management team is not always on the same page and sendsmixed signal's to employee's which makes it difficult for employee's to follow their lead. Some co-workers are very clique orientated and if you do not fit in immediately, chances are you wont fit in at all.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, evenings and weekends to work around f/t day job, variety, fairly easy. Earn tips. Not as much as a server, but helpful considering the wage.

      Cons

      One of the managers in particular has a fragile ego/insecurities and tends to go on power trips. He takes out his mood on employees. There are also favorites, and if you are not one of them he does not treat you well. Yelling, condescension, snide comments, etc. Some employees have worked there for MANY years and still make the same wage they did when they were hired. Experience, leadership & training needs to be recognized and rewarded.
