Pros

great coworkers and it's usually the ones that feels the same pain of you working here.

Cons

Low pay, no bonus, postponed bonus, layoffs, poor management, constant change in processes, terrible systems, get to watch the ceo have parties and then announce no bonus or raises for 6 months. No merit increases. overworked, late night calls/zoom meetings, working on weekends with no overtime, unappreciated, town halls on your lunch breaks, badge tracking as if you are a child and need to have your attendance taken. micromanagers, ridiculous request, last minutes changes, not enough employees to do the work, asked to do things that are not in your job title. asked to figure out how to do processes when it should it should be management. Leadership telling you how to do your job and dont know how to do it or what the processes. Laid off key people and didnot have any support on who does their workload after. but ceo thought really hard about how to announce layoff. No plan on how the company proceeds and theyre great advice was not to go to meeting with no agenda, and we are responsible for our own security if someone wants to come in and no longer works there. a shi tshow. low moral. asking us to figure it out how to make the moral go higher. no work life balance. CEO VP And directors need need to go they are so out of touch with their employees.

Pros

The recruiters provided a lot of up front information. The interviewers were great. Some were more typical interviews, some were conversational in a great way that made it feel more welcoming. I joined FMX. Onboarding has been pretty solid. I've worked at much larger companies and the onboarding was much more hectic. I also received a very competent laptop for my day-to-day work.

Cons

Some of the information was provided by recruiters were not 100% accurate and there was a bit of a mishap where I Was mistakenly invited to the Debrief. While the onboarding is very structured, given the nature of the product, it can be pretty complicated.

Pros

This is specifically for Fanatics Betting and Gaming (FBG), as I can't speak on the other lines of business. - autonomous work with the freedom to really put your stamp on projects - minimal red tape, allowing you to execute and move swiftly - full remote culture, with the expectation to respect employee calendars - stability- the company is careful not to overhire and retain its employees - the people- despite being remote, I feel close to my team and work around people who really believe in the mission and products we provide

Cons

- Remote work is not for everyone. If you aren't letting management know what you are working on, it can sometimes slip through the cracks. - Full autonomy is a double edge sword. It's fantastic for those who feel like their work is often hindered by unnecessary red tape, but it can be a struggle for those who work better with a set structure and routine. - Technology has been improving and the commitment to leveraging AI tools is encouraging, but there is still a bit of manual work still that can lead to human error. - benefits and pay are fair here, but you have to dig a bit to fully utilize all the benefits we have.
