Pros
I am sharing my experience in infrastructure teams. Good worklife and benifits that are golden handcuffs.Terrible Management and coworkers .In general this place also has a nasty reputation that precedes it.
Cons
Terrible culture , extreme negative energy in people, nepotiosm, utter lack of respect for people ,high bureaucracy,gossip mongering, heavy politics within teams,lack of integrity by title heavy management ,unprogressive attitudes and retrogressive culture.They get away from the real problems by throwing money st the problem or people they dislike .Mostly unhappy workers.
