      Great company, Flexible, empathetic leadership, Senior Leadership open to constructive feedback via company survey and acts on it in a positive way.

      Cons

      very few career advancement opportunities poor middle management whom are not open to constructive feedback but rather seeks to identify who said what vs addressing the concerns lack of accountability, lots of people not performing in procurement and the work gets shifted to overworked peers

      Great team and luckily for me great leadership in my direct line up to my SVP.

      Cons

      It’s horrifying how things have changed since Pulte took over. Layoffs, elimination of entire job categories but not the responsibilities of those jobs. It’s not just you work more because a teammate is gone, it’s do a completely different job while still doing you job plus all of your layed off coworkers job.
