10yThank you for giving us your feedback. The company already has safeguards in place to protect employees from being required to do anything illegal or unethical. We sincerely wish that if you felt you were being asked to do "whatever the Captain commands" and felt that meant illegal acts, that you would have felt free to follow the structure in place. Odds are high that the person making that statement would have been disciplined, not you, or that at minimum you would have been able to clear the air.
We encourage any and all current or future employees reading this to talk to HR if you ever believe you are being asked to do something that goes against your conscience. Management is committed to an ethical workplace and we try to make that a reality.
