5ySorry to hear that you had this experience. We pride ourselves in our communication and, if anything, have been told we communicate too much. We did have to let someone go recently, so it's possible that they felt this way due to being let go. It's unfortunate when someone has to leave and we try to do everything we can to make sure that doesn't happen. However, sometimes the reasons are outside of our control. I would think that someone who says we don't communicate would communicate that with us and allow us the chance to fix it.
