Pros

Finally, a company that truly cares about their people, their customers, and their culture! Culture is not just another corporate buzzword at Farm Credit Mid-America (FCMA); they truly believe and invest in their employees. Immediately upon arrival: my desk, phone, and computer were set up and ready to go. Within the first couple of weeks, I met with key leaders in the organization and was welcomed by all. FCMA has Great Pay, Training, PTO, Benefits and one of the Best 401Ks in Corporate America! Every team has a Kanban board in public view; they are a very transparent and Agile organization. This is the Home I’ve been looking for!

Cons

There has been a lot of change within Agriculture, Banking, and Technology in the last couple of years. FCMA is embracing that change; sometimes this creates tight deadlines and some stress; however, we are adapting to keep up with the needs of the market.

Nice office space, good work/life balance and great collaboration.

Cons

Clicky and can be toxic at times. Many run to HR and "tattle" to get ahead. Work is very siloed.
