      Pros

      Farm credit is an amazing organization, I feel very fortunate to work here. Farm Credit truly cares about the employees. There are so many opportunities available for development and growth. I always feel supported by my leaders and peers. Anytime, I need coaching or guidance, there are so many mentors available. I have worked here for over 12 years and plan to work at Farm Credit all of my career. I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful company that is aligned with my values.

      Cons

      There is a lot of change currently. However, it is all to move our company in a positive direction. Changes are well thought out and clearly communicated.

      Nice office space, good work/life balance and great collaboration.

      Cons

      Clicky and can be toxic at times. Many run to HR and "tattle" to get ahead. Work is very siloed.
