      Pros

      Worked at a number of other companies in the finance and banking sector. This company does a lot for the client and just as much for the people who work for them. 1. Great benefits (healthcare 401k and much more) 2. Well compensated and good work life balance 3. A shared vision for where the company is going and transparency. 4. A lot of opportunities and great leadership.

      Cons

      Don't let some older post of people who don't have an understanding of how other companies work. This company is amazing. Some of the more season employees have struggled with the change the company is doing to grow. Newer employees seem better adapted to it. The older employees have made it harder to get through the change.

      Pros

      Nice office space, good work/life balance and great collaboration.

      Cons

      Clicky and can be toxic at times. Many run to HR and "tattle" to get ahead. Work is very siloed.
