      Good pay and benefits with a generous 401k match.

      Cons

      The vibe went from extremely positive to extremely negative over a few short years. Nepotism was bad and is now out of control. Promotions are based on friendships and not talent. Management restructures staff often due to their own ineffective execution, then restructures again, impacting many people and their livelihoods.

      Pros

      Nice office space, good work/life balance and great collaboration.

      Cons

      Clicky and can be toxic at times. Many run to HR and "tattle" to get ahead. Work is very siloed.
