      Pros

      I worked at a bank prior to FCMA. I thought I had it pretty good then. However, I didn't know there was a company that could actually treat their employees this well. It's heaven! I really do enjoy what I do and I am hard to please.

      Pros

      Nice office space, good work/life balance and great collaboration.

      Cons

      Clicky and can be toxic at times. Many run to HR and "tattle" to get ahead. Work is very siloed.
