Thank you for sharing this review and your feedback. We know that the COVID-19 pandemic was challenging for everyone. We sought flexible solutions for remote work while continuing to serve the needs of our customers, and understand remote work options varied based on each team member’s role in the organization. When remote work options were limited, we made every effort to limit contact with others and protect the health and well-being of our people. We also offered a variety of additional benefits to all team members throughout the pandemic. We cannot thank you enough for your commitment to keep our customers at heart and still serve them.
