      Great mission, work - life balance, sick time, holidays, floating holidays, and vacation hours.

      Cons

      Salary is below competitive. Leadership is top heavy (in some departments). Not a lot of room for promotions unless you're jumping between departments.

      Pros

      Nice office space, good work/life balance and great collaboration.

      Cons

      Clicky and can be toxic at times. Many run to HR and "tattle" to get ahead. Work is very siloed.
