      Pros

      Great team members were the best part of the job.

      Cons

      Farm Credit started as a cooperative to secure credit for farmers when banks would not lend to rural agriculture customers; now they turn customers away and send them to banks when credit quality is not what they want. Very numbers focused atmosphere vs customer focused, many underwriters have never stepped foot on a farm, consumer and retail teams are constantly arguing about which direction customer should go.

      Pros

      Nice office space, good work/life balance and great collaboration.

      Cons

      Clicky and can be toxic at times. Many run to HR and "tattle" to get ahead. Work is very siloed.
