Pros

The job provides a healthy work-life balance and ample paid time off. I find great meaning in supporting rural communities across America through my role.

Cons

While there are opportunities for advancement, there seems to be an increasing expectation to take on more work and responsibility without a commensurate increase in title or compensation. The management team seems to lack strong leadership, causing the organization to lose sight of its core values. Since the new CEO took over, there has been a noticeable decline compared to their predecessor's tenure, with little progress made and even some backwards momentum. Though collaboration is encouraged in theory, in practice people appear closed off to new ideas.

Pros

Nice office space, good work/life balance and great collaboration.

Cons

Clicky and can be toxic at times. Many run to HR and "tattle" to get ahead. Work is very siloed.
