      Vacation accrues quickly, free lunch.

      Cons

      Yikes. Very feminine and juvenile culture. Cult-like favoritism. Better not not apply if you're an independent thinker or intellectually honest. Agricultural experience is of no benefit. Huge let down for someone who previously dreamed of working here.

      Pros

      Nice office space, good work/life balance and great collaboration.

      Cons

      Clicky and can be toxic at times. Many run to HR and "tattle" to get ahead. Work is very siloed.
