Pros
Great benefits, the PTO is 5 hours a pay period, so 10 hours a month and same with sick time. Flexible hybrid work schedule.
Cons
Minimal pay increases each year and if you get a promotion, you get put at the bottom of the pay scale even if you are a top performer. Top performance doesn't get you more than a name.
