Cons
The company culture is extremely toxic and demonstrates little respect for employee boundaries or well-being. Leadership regularly normalizes work outside of standard business hours, including meetings scheduled on weekends. There is also an expectation—spoken or unspoken—that employees remain available even while on approved medical leave or during bereavement, which creates a culture of fear and guilt rather than support. This environment leads to burnout, low morale, and high turnover. Work-life balance is frequently discussed but not practiced at the leadership level.
