Corporate wastes way to much money, and rates raise to high to quick. District Managers need to take more responsibility and a more active role in developing their staff. Unreasonable expectations and an over-selling of the opportunity could lead someone into financial turmoil. More reasonable rates and better leadership would lead to a much better opportunity.
