Pros
Business and values were great when Hopkins was heading the company, even during the recession. Farmers used to hire and promote very smart people from diverse backgrounds and let them do a good job.
Cons
2012 Jeff Dailey took over and things went downhill ever since. Last year 3000 agents left. They also let go a scary number of the more senior executives that people liked to work for. We seem to change directions every 5 minutes. Not a good place to be.
