Pros
Generous pay and paid time off, development opportunities, great people, they sincerely care about their employees, very philanthropic organization, stable.
Cons
Some questionable decisions made at the executive level in the last decade, they change direction too quickly or repackage old ideas with new buzz words and marketing speak (especially as it pertains to employee performance), far too many simultaneous "initiatives" that only end up losing its audience (the employees), FAR too many poor leaders have been promoted to the Supervisor level - too often because of technical skills rather than leadership qualities, insanely outdated and frustratingly bad technology/internal systems (at least 15 years behind on web and social media platforms).
