Pros

Being employed. Not much else is positive tbh !

Cons

Upon getting hired this company said it was everything! Made you want to work but once your hired you will soon find out they say one thing and do another! I feel bad for these policy holders b/c they seriously need to take their business elsewhere ! I was told I could only flex up to 2 hours in a week… when I found out another co worker of mine flex their ENTIRE 8 hours in just two days…….As training group we were told we did not need to be license YET all of a sudden we all have to be licensed and if you do not pass you WILL be fired… After 1 year received a raise but you cannot tell in your pay checks (confirmed with several other co workers ). They want you to take responsibility and get through calls fast when there is ALWAYS an issue b/c people are not doing their job so your getting chewed out b/c everyone so busy trying to answer a call nothing gets done! I was literally told “fake it till you make it “ when I asked SENIOR level supervisor what advice would she give someone who has never been in a call setting environment. Oh an if you need help you have to ask a chat for assistance now and 9/10 they have you repeat your question with little to NO help! And let’s not even talk about how many calls one drops b/c their system is soo outdated !!! PREMIUMS TOO HIGH and go up mid term w/o any REAL explanation so we as reps have to come up with crap b/c it sounds good smh

Pros

Work from home, make your own hours, fun claim types, starts off with great PTO allotment and you have access to all your hours from the moment you start with an extra week after five years

Cons

Good luck with your diaries if you use the PTO. You will come back with overdue items. The way they have their PTO backup system setup is two backup people for the whole department. There is too much work for them so they don't get to much while you are out. Usually voicemails. You can' schedule anything for while you are gone, all your claims have to wait for you to return. The amount of new claims a week has drastically increased and it isn't sustainable. They do expect you to work more than your 40 hours or recommend that you find a different job that isn't a salary position, PTO calendars are always red with blackout dates. Supervisors and the manager don't listen to actionable items presented to make the department better. The attrition is bad, but they continue to tell us we are fully staffed because our diaries aren't that bad yet. Adjusters are dropping like flies but won't hire anymore. Not sure if that comes from senior leadership or direct leadership. Ever since Jeff Dailey left, we are just numbers. No one cares about us anymore and it is evident.
