Cons
Executive decisions are based on money profit - which is fine, but they have completely cut out all empathy for employees. They lie to your face and ignore you when called out about it. Ie; removed past posts/videos from the intranet social media platform when employees pointed out the new CEO was lying about claims he was making. Mass layoffs planned months in advance but announced 30 minutes prior to receiving the email. And announced via live video with comments turned off. Upper management is pushing mid level to micromanage. Expectations have become unreasonable as they dump more work in your lap (mostly the work from the roles eliminated during the mass layoffs). Work far outside your job description. With no additional compensation and no leniency. You are expected to maintain the same rate of productivity. Work/life balance was taken away. Man. I got a million reasons you don't want to come within a 50 mile radius of this company.
