Farmers FINALLY listened to sales agents when we complained too much about working holidays, and the low call volume to give us time off. Good for you Farmers *round of applause* It didn’t make financial sense, or moral sense. Good for you coming to your senses.
Cons
Revolving door. Too HIGH of health insurance with paying for HIGH deductibles. Micromanaging when there is no call volume. Disability discrimination. HORRIBLE comp plan. Money goes to “share holders” and CEOs as they remind you that you are a frontline worker, don’t get as much time off, and you are essentially worthless. They WILL keep your last check if you use your PTO. CRIMINAL CAPITALISM. Exactly what is wrong with corporate America. You do not care about your employees, if you did you would PAY them appropriately. You give out “giftograms” and center stage points like treats or fake money can pay bills. GET REAL.
