Pros
This is a good entry level job right out of college. I did like the extras this job provided. You were given a car, a laptop and they paid for your gas. After a few months of training you could basically work outside of the office because you are visiting body shops and estimating damages. Most people spent 50% in the office and %50 outside doing claims.
Cons
There was a lot of turnover. When I was training other workers would tell me how much they hated this job and the only reason they were there was to pay their bills. Training is below par. There are some trainers who are good and some who are horrible and lazy, I have had both. There was a lot of people working overtime, but their managers wouldn't let them put it on their time cards.
