Pros
Paid or compensated well for asking you to do a lot of work - as others have said - work hard and play hard. They are considerate and try their best to make their employees happy and all you have to do is do your work. They just let you focus on what needs to be done and handle the rest majority of the time.
Cons
Long work hours periodically and relocation (which is most times a pro)
