Pros

- Great pay with annual performance-based raises - Great benefits - Increasingly open review process with regular feedback meetings scheduled throughout the year - Young, outgoing, intelligent coworkers - Best product on the market - Opportunities to relocate every few years (handled and paid for by the company) - Tonnes of job security--this company is only growing - Monthly team-building activities paid for by the company - Annual General Meeting, all inclusive 3 night stay at resort for employee and their families - Company owners are still in the trenches working hard alongside you - Company owners seem to really value employee health and happiness - You can learn a lot, tonnes of different skills and opportunities. Even more as the company continues to grow

Cons

- Relocating can be tough - You don't always get to decide where you relocate (often you have input, but it largely depends on the current need) - A few bad eggs can make your experience on a site stressful

Pros

-great coworkers -health insurance covered

Cons

It’s so sad to see where this company is headed. Two years in a row of bait and switch annual adjustments; this year the majority of the company got raises that did not even keep pace with inflation. There is no incentive to work hard anymore, as you will receive a worse raise then someone mediocre who’s willing/able to move. No upwards mobility. Your career will be stagnant. Benefits are slowly being gutted. As tech you are on call 24/7/365 and depending on your site you could be called constantly in the middle of the night. Sexism and harassment are not handled appropriately by HR.
