Pros
FAST is a great company and has created an awesome community of people to both work and hang out with. If i had to rank what the best things about the company are I would probably say: 1. Compensation and benefits are top notch. 2. The people are amazing. 3. The travel opportunities are incredible.
Cons
Its definitely a pro and a con but there is no permanence in the life of an IC since you will probably move every other year or so. Which makes life exciting but also can be tiring. But hey they tell you that before you sign up.
