Pros
Significantly better career experience than 90% of consulting companies and 70% of software companies. Very capable leadership that will continue to drive company growth, career opportunities, etc.
Cons
Relocation is challenging, no 401K match (but small profit sharing), no bonuses or other forms of comp (stock, etc.) tied to performance, may be a lot of changes (for better or worse) in coming years because of significant company growth.
